Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ¼ Cups
-Custard powder 3 tbs
-Milk powder 3 tbs
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Baking powder ½ tsp
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 125g
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1/3 Cup
-Sugar powdered ½ Cup
-Water 3 tbs
-Water ½ Cup
-Custard powder 2 tbs
-Sugar powdered 2 tbs
Directions:
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,custard powder,milk powder,cardamom powder,pink salt,baking powder,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add butter,clarified butter,sugar & beat well for 10-12 minutes.
-Add half quantity of dry ingredients,water & whisk well.
-Now add remaining quantity of dry ingredients,fold & mix gently & refrigerate for 10 minutes then knead until smooth dough is formed.
-Cover dough with baking paper & roll out with the help of rolling pin (thickness 8mm).
-Cut circles with the help of round cutter (5 cm) (makes 28-30).
-Place biscuits on baking tray.
-In a bowl,add water,custard powder,sugar & mix well.
-Pour prepared mixture over biscuits & remove excess.
-Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 20-25 minutes.
-Let them cool.
-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks (shelf life).
Ajza:

-Bowl mein makhan,ghee aur cheeni dal kar 10-12 minutes kliya ache tarhan beat karein.
-Ab is mein dry ingredients ki half quantity aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Baqi remaining dry ingredients dal kar fold karen & gently mix karen.Dough ko 10 minutes kliye refrigerate karen phir smooth dough banne tak knead karen.
-Dough ko baking paper se cover karen & rolling pin ki madad se roll out karen (thickness 8mm).
-Round cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein (5 cm) (makes 28-30).
-Biscuits ko baking tray per rakh dein.
-Ek bowl mein pani,custard powder aur cheeni dal kar mix karen.
-Tayyar mixture ko biscuits per pour karein aur extra remove kar dein.
-Preheated oven 170C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Airtight jar mein dal ker 2 weeks kliya store ker saktay han (shelf life).
