In kettle, add water,kashimiri tea leaves,star anise,cloves,cardamom seeds,salt and baking soda,bring it to boil.
Let it simmer for 20-30 minutes until it reduces to half.
Add chilled water and mix well for 8 to 10 minutes and cook for 5 minutes.
Strain and set aside, kehwa is ready and can be refrigerated for up to 4-5 days.
For Kashmiri tea,in kettle,add milk,almonds(crushed),pistachio(crushed),sugar (optional)and give it a good mix.
Add kehwa and cook for few minutes.
Finally pour the tea in cups,add almonds(crushed) and pistachio(crushed).
Kashmiri tea is ready.
Kettle mein paani,kashmiri tea leaves,badiyan ka phool,elaichi seeds, namak aur baking soda dal ker ubal lein.
20-30 minute kliya halki ancch per adha reh janay tak paka lein.
Thanda pani shamil ker k 8-10 minute kliya chamcha chalatay rahein aur 5 minute kliya paka lein.
Starin ker k side per rakh dein,kehwa tayyar hai,4-5 din kliya refrigerate ker saktay han.
Kashmiri chai kliya,kettle mein doodh,badam(crushed),pista(crushed) aur cheeni(optional) dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Kehwa shamil karein aur thori dair kliya paka lein.
Cups mein dal ker upper sa badam(crushed) aur pista(crushed) dal dein.
Kashmiri chai tayyar hai.
