Ingredients:
Prepare Filling:
-Whipping cream 1 & ¼ Cup
-Icing sugar 4 tbs
-Cream cheese ⅓ Cup
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Prepare Yellow Crepes:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Cooking oil 2 & ½ tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Water ½ Cup
-Yellow food color 5-6 drops or as required
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ¼ Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil ½ tsp
Assembling:
-Sponge cake cut with 2 inch round cutter
-Pineapple chunks
-Kaffir lime leaves
-Cherry
-Flower
Directions:
Prepare Filling:
-In a bowl,add whipping cream,icing sugar & beat until stiff peaks form.
-Add cream cheese,vanilla essence,mix until well combined & transfer to a piping bag & set aside.
Prepare Yellow Crepes:
-In a jar,add milk,cooking oil,eggs,vanilla essence,water,yellow food color & whisk well.
-Add all-purpose flour,caster sugar,pink salt & whisk until well combined.
-Grease frying pan with cooking oil,pour 1/3 cup of prepared batter,spread evenly & cook on low flame until it’s just set (1-2 minutes),flip & continue to cook until other side is done (makes 10).
Assembling:
-Trim uneven edges of crepes with the help of 7 inches round cutter, pipe out prepared cream cheese frosting,place sponge cake,add cream cheese frosting,pineapple chunks,cream cheese frosting,gather all the sides & tie with rope.
-Garnish with kaffir lime leaves,cherry,flower & serve!

-Ab cream cheese, vanilla essence daal kar mix karein jab tak sab kuch achi tarah combine ho jaye.
-Piping bag mein transfer karein aur side par rakh dein.

-Ek jar mein milk, cooking oil, eggs, vanilla essence, water aur yellow food color daal kar whisk karein.
-Ab all-purpose flour, caster sugar aur pink salt dal kar ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Frying pan ko grease karein, 1/3 cup batter dal kar evenly spread karein aur low flame par 1-2 minutes tak cook karein jab tak set ho jaye,flip karein aur doosri side se bhi cook karein (makes 10).
Assembling:
-Crepes ko 7 inch round cutter se cut karein,cream cheese frosting pipe karein,sponge cake place karein, phir cream cheese frosting, pineapple chunks aur dobara frosting daal kar sab sides gather karein aur rope se tie karein.
-Kaffir lime leaves,cherry aur flower se garnish ker ka serve karein!
