Recipe in English
Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium (Preferably White Onion)
-Lehsan (Garlic) 3 cloves
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Beef qeema (Mince) 750g (80%meat 20%Fat)
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Tomato paste 1 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
Direction:
-In a chopper, add onion, garlic, fresh coriander & chop well.
-Add beef mince, paprika powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, pink salt, red chilli crushed, tomato paste, yogurt, chop well until fine & smooth texture forms.
-Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-Take out the kebab mixture from the refrigerator, take kebab mixture & place on greased baking paper, cover with another greased baking paper, spread with your hands.
-Now roll out with the help of a rolling pin as thin as possible, remove extra mixture, then remove upper side baking paper.
-Gently fold make a roll. (Makes 7-8)
Option 01
-Air fry the doner rolls at 180°C for 7 minutes.
Option 02
-Bake in preheated oven at 180°c for 10-15 minutes.
Option 03
-Bake in a preheated pot on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
-In a pan add butter, let it melt.
-Add air fried doner kebabs & cook for 3-4 minutes on high flame.
-Serve doner kabab in salad, shawarma, burger, sandwiches, & rice.

-Qeeme mein paprika powder, kali mirch powder, zeera powder, pink salt, red chilli crushed, tomato paste, dahi dalein, chop karen jab tak fine & smooth texture form ho jaye.
-Refrigerator mein 30 minutes k liye rakh den.
-Ab kebab mixture ko refrigerator se nikal len aur thora mixture lein aur greased baking paper par rakh den, cover with another greased baking paper, haathon se spread karen.
-Now rolling pin ki madad se jitna ho sake thin roll karen, extra mixture remove karen, phir upper side wale baking paper ko remove karen.
-Gently fold karen aur roll bana len. (Makes 7-8)
