Ingredients:
-Chicken qeema (Mince) 400g
-Anday ki safedi (Egg white) 1
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
-Cornflour 3 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Idolized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Gajar (Carrot) finely chopped 2 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) finely chopped 2 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Water 1-2 tbs
-Roll sheets as required
-Dalda Sunflower oil for frying
Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken mince,egg white,soy sauce,worcestershire sauce,cornflour,black pepper crushed, chicken powder,garlic powder,pink salt,carrot,capsicum,spring onion,mix well & transfer to a piping bag.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,water & whisk well.Flour slurry is ready.
-Pipe out chicken mixture on roll sheet,apply flour slurry & roll up.
-Heat cooking oil (130°C), cut spring rolls with the help of scissor & fry on medium low flame until crispy & golden.

-Ek bowl mein chicken qeema,anday ki safeedi, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, cornflour, black pepper crushed, chicken powder, garlic powder, pink salt, gajar, Shimla mirch aur hara pyaz dal kar achi tarah mix Karen aur piping bag mein transfer karen.
-Ek alag bowl mein maida aur pani daal kar whisk karen.Flour slurry tayyar hai.
-Roll sheet par chicken mixture pipe karen, flour slurry lagayen aur roll kar lein.
-Cooking oil (130°C) garam karen, rolls ko scissor ki madad se cut karen aur darmiyani halki ancch per crispy aur golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
