In boiling water,add rice,salt,green cardamom,cloves and mix.
Add yellow food color,mix and boil until rice are ¾ th done then strain & set aside.
In saucepan,add milk,sugar and mix well,bring it to boil and cook until sugar is dissolved & set aside.
In pot,add ghee and let it melt,add cloves,green cardamom and mix.
Add almonds,pistachios,coconut and mix well.
Add raisins and fry for 2 minutes then take out half quantity of nuts and reserve for garnishing.
Now pour milk syrup,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add khoya and mix well.
Add boiled rice,mix well and cook on low flame until dries up (approx.5-6 minutes).
Add khoya and ashrafiyan,cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Take out in a serving dish,add zarda and garnish with fried nuts,gulab janum,cham cham & serve!

Saucepan mein doodh aur cheeni dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Pot mein ghee dal ker melt karein,laung aur hari elaichi dal ker mix ker lein.
Badam,pista aur narial dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Kishmish dal ker 2 minutes kliya fry karein aur nuts ki half quantity ko garnishing kliya nikal lein.
Ab milk syrup dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Khoya dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Boiled chawal shamil karein aur halki ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein (approx.5-6 minutes).
hoya aur shrafiyan dal ker dhak dein aur 5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Serving dish mein zarda dal ker fried nuts,gulab jamun aur cham cham sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
