Ingredients:
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) soaked 10-12
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tbs
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tsp
-Chicken powder ½ tsp
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Chicken mix boti 700g
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Koyla (Charcoal)
-Cream ¼ Cup
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted ½

-Pyaz (Onion) rings
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced
Directions:
-In a blender jug,add cashew nuts,yogurt,green chillies,fresh coriander & blend well.
-Transfer to a bowl,add ginger garlic paste,kashmiri red chilli powder,garam masala powder,pink salt, turmeric powder,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,coriander powder,chicken powder,dried fenugreek leaves,cooking oil & whisk well.
-Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,marinated chicken (reserve marinade for gravy) & cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes & turn sides in between.
-Give coal smoke for 2-3 minutes then grill chicken pieces on medium flame until charred & set aside.
-In the same wok,add reserved marinade,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-On low flame,add cream,mix well & cook on medium flame for a minute.
-Add water & mix well.
-Add grilled chicken pieces,pour gravy,cover & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add butter & mix well until butter melts.
-Garnish with cream,onion rings,green chilli & serve with naan!

Directions:
-Blender jug mein cashew nuts, dahi, hari mirch aur hara dhania daal kar blend kar lein.
-Ek bowl mein nikaalein, phir is mein adrak lehsan paste, kashmiri lal mirch powder, garam masala powder, pink namak, haldi powder, zeera, lal mirch powder, dhania powder, chicken powder, kasuri methi aur cooking oil daal kar whisk kar lein.
-Ab chicken daal kar achi tarah mix karein, cover kar ke 30 minutes ke liye marinate hone dein.
-Wok mein cooking oil daal kar marinated chicken (thoda marinade gravy ke liye rakh lein) add karein, medium flame par 5-6 minutes tak cook karein aur sides turn karte rahein.
-Ab isay 2-3 minutes ke liye coal smoke dein phir medium flame par grill karein jab tak halka char ho jaye, phir side par rakh dein.
-Usi wok mein reserved marinade daal kar medium flame par 1-2 minutes tak cook karein.
-Low flame par cream daal kar mix karein aur phir medium flame par 1 minute tak cook karein.
-Ab paani daal kar mix karein.
-Grilled chicken pieces daal kar gravy pour karein, cover kar ke 4-5 minutes tak medium flame par cook karein.
-Aakhir mein butter daal kar mix karein jab tak butter melt ho jaye.
-Cream, onion rings aur hari mirch se garnish karein aur naan ke saath serve karein.
