Ingredients:
-Cottage cheese 250g
-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Milk powder ¾ Cup
-Eaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
Directions:
-Grate cottage cheese with the help of grater.
-In a wok,add cottage cheese,milk & mix well,turn on the flame,bring it to boil & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes or until milk is reduced to half quantity & mix continuously.
-Add sugar,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes & mix continuously.
-Add milk powder,mix well & cook on low flame until moisture evaporates (8-10 minutes).
-Turn off the flame,add cardamom powder & mix well.
-Let it cool completely.
-Take 50g of mixture,make ball & make malai laddu of equal sizes (makes 10-12).
-Garnish with pistachios!

-Wok mein cottage cheese aur doodh dal kar achi tarah mix karein,chulha on karein aur ubal anay ka bad halki ancch per 10-12 minutes ya doodh ki adhe quantity reh janay tak paka lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Cheeni dal ker ache sa mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Milk powder dal kar mix karein aur halki ancch par 8-10 minutes tak pakaayein jab tak moisture evaporate ho jaye.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur elaichi powder dal kar achi tarah mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-50g mixture la ker ball bana lein aur barabar size ke malai laddu bana lein (makes 10-12).
-Pista se garnish ker lein.
