Ingredients:
Prepare Bread Rabri:
-Doodh (Milk) 2 & ½ Cups
-Sugar 1 & ½ tbs or to taste
-Milk powder ¼ Cup
-Saffron milk (Few saffron strands soaked in 1 tbs milk)
-Condensed milk 2 tbs
-Bread slices 2 or as required
Prepare Sugar Syrup:
-Water 1 Cup
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
-Lemon juice ½ tsp
-Rose water 1 tsp
-Zafran (Saffron strands) few strands
Prepare Jalebi Churros:
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 30g
-Water 1 Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ¼ tsp
-Saffron milk (Few saffron strands soaked in 2 tbs milk)
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2 small (74g)
-Cooking oil for frying
-Gold edible leaf
-Dried rose petals
Directions:
Prepare Bread Rabri:
-In a saucepan,add milk,sugar,milk powder,saffron milk,condensed milk,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add bread slices (trim edges),mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens (5-6 minutes).Bread rabri is ready!
Prepare Sugar Syrup:
-In a saucepan,add water,sugar,green cardamom,lemon juice,saffron strands,rose water & mix well,bring it to boil & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes (one string consistency).Sugar syrup is ready!
Prepare Jalebi Churros:
-In a wok,add butter & let it melt.
-Add water,caster sugar,cardamom powder, saffron milk,mix well & cook on medium flame for a minute.
-Turn off the flame,gradually add all-purpose flour & mix well,turn on the flame & cook on low flame until dough is formed.
-Take out in a bowl & let it rest until lukewarm (5-10 minutes).
-Add eggs & mix until well combined then transfer to a piping bag with wilton 8B nozzle & pipe out on a baking paper (4x4) in round shape.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on low flame until golden & crispy (makes 12).
-Add to warm sugar syrup for 1-2 minutes.
-Garnish with gold edible leaf,dried rose petals & serve with bread rabri!

-Ek aur saucepan mein doodh,cheeni,milk powder,zafran milk aur condensed milk dal kar mix karein aur ubal le aayen.
-Bread slices (edges trim karke) daal kar medium flame par 5-6 minutes tak paka lein jab tak mixture thicken na ho jaye.Bread Rabri tayar hai!
Prepare Sugar Syrup:
-Ek saucepan mein paani,cheeni,hari elaichi,lemon juice,zafra aur rose water dal kar mix karein,ubal le aayen aur 4-5 minutes medium flame par paka lein (one string consistency).Sheera tayar hai!
Prepare Jalebi Churros:
-Ek wok mein makhan daal kar melt karein.
-Pani,bareek cheeni,elaichi powder aur saffron milk daal kar 1 minute medium flame par paka lein.
-Flame off karke gradually maida daalein aur mix karein, phir flame on karke low par paka lein jab tak dough form ho jaye.
-Bowl mein nikal kar 5-10 minutes lukewarm hone dein.
-Anday daal kar achi tarah mix karein, piping bag mein transfer karein (Wilton 8B nozzle) aur baking paper (4x4) par round shape mein pipe karein.
-Wok mein cooking oil garam karke low flame par golden aur crispy hone tak fry karein (12 pieces).
-Garam sheere mein 1-2 minutes ke liye daal dein.
