Ingredients:
-Chicken mix boti 1 kg
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 & ½ tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) powdered 12-15
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) pureed 3 medium
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) fried & crushed 1 Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
-Green chilli sauce 1 tbs
-Red chilli sauce 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Cooking oil ¼ Cup
-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken,coriander powder,pink salt,kashmiri red chilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,black pepper powder,carom seeds,garam masala powder,red chilli powder,cardamom powder, cashew powder,tomato,yogurt,fried onion,green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,vinegar,green chilli sauce,red chilli sauce,soy sauce & mix well,cover & marinate for 2 hours.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,curry leaves,marinated chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until chicken is tender (25-30 minutes),check in between.
-Add green chillies & fresh coriander.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

-Ek bowl mein chicken,dhania powder,pink salt,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,haldi powder,zeera powder, kali mirch powder,ajwain,garam masala powder, al mirch powder,elaichi powder,kaju powder,tamatar, dahi,fried piyaz,hari mirch paste,adrak lehsan paste,sirka,green chilli sauce,red chilli sauce,soy sauce dal kar achi tarhan mix karein aur dhak kar 2 hours kliya marinate kar lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil,curry pattay aur marinated chicken dal kar achi tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani annch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal kar ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak kar halki annch per chicken gul janay tak paka lein (25-30 minutes),darmiyan mein check kartay rahein.
-Hari mirch aur hara dhania dal dein.
-Hara dhania se garnish ker ka serve karein!
