Ingredients:
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 cloves
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) 2 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Mayonnaise ⅓ Cup
-Cream ¼ Cup
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Boneless chicken 1-inch cube 500g
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Cornflour ¼ Cup
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1
-Chilled water
-Dalda Cooking oil (for frying)
Directions:
-In a spice grinder,add green chillies,fresh coriander,mint leaves,garlic,lemon juice,onion,water & grind well.
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,cream,pink salt,cumin powder,prepared green masala paste (1 & ½ tbs) & reserve for later use & whisk well.Spicy green mayo dip is ready!
-In a bowl,add milk,reserved green paste,lemon juice,pink salt,black pepper powder & mix well.
-Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 2 hours.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,cornflour,paprika powder,baking powder,black pepper powder,pink salt & mix well.
-In marinated chicken,add egg & mix well.
-Now add marinated chicken in dry flour mixture & coat properly then dip coated chicken pieces in chilled water then coat again with dry flour mixture.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
-Serve with prepared spicy green mayo dip!

-Ek bowl mein mayonnaise, cream, pink salt, cumin powder aur tayyar green masala paste (1 & ½ tbs) daal kar whisk kar lein. Baqi paste baad ke liye rakh lein. Spicy green mayo dip tayyar hai!
-Ek bowl mein doodh, baqi green paste, lemon juice, pink salt, black pepper powder daal kar mix kar lein.
-Chicken daal kar mix karein, cover kar ke 2 ghantay ke liye marinate kar lein.
-Ek bowl mein maida, cornflour, paprika powder, baking powder, black pepper powder aur pink salt daal kar mix kar lein.
-Marinated chicken mein anda daal kar mix kar lein.
-Ab chicken pieces ko dry flour mixture mein coat karein, phir chilled water mein dip kar ke dobara dry flour se coat karein.
-Kadhai mein oil garam kar ke medium flame par golden aur crispy hone tak fry karein.
-Tayyar Spicy Green Fried Chicken ko spicy green mayo dip ke sath serve karein.
