Ingredients:
-Boneless beef boti (Muqaddam/Tenderlion/Topside) 750g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Meat tenderizer 1 tbs
-Ajwain powder (Carom powder) ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tbs or to taste
-Lemon juice 2 & ½ tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs
-Blue band margarine soft 2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Blue band margarine 2 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Chaat masala ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Lemon slices
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a bowl,add beef,ginger garlic paste,cumin seeds,kashmiri red chilli powder,meat tenderizer,carom powder,turmeric powder,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,corinader powder,pink salt,lemon juice & mix well,cover with cling film & marinate for 1 hour.
-Add yogurt,margarine,fresh coriander & mix well,cover & marinate for 2-3 hours.
-Thread marinated beef on metal skewer (makes 6).
-In a bowl,add margarine,red chilli crushed,chaat masala,pink salt,lemon juice & microwave for 10 seconds.Glaze is ready!
-Put skewers on (burning charcoal) bbq grill and cook from all sides until done & brush prepared glaze in between.
-Garnish with lemon slices,fresh coriander & serve!

-Ab is mein dahi,margarine aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 2-3 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
-Marinated beef ko metal skewers par lagayein (makes 6).
-Bowl mein margarine,lal mirch crushed,chaat masala,pink salt aur lemon juice dal ker 10 seconds kliya microwave ker lein.Glaze tayyar hai!
-Skewers ko (jaltay hoye koyla) bbq grill per tamam sides sa cook ker lein aur bech bech mein tayyar glaza laga lein.
-Lemon slices aur hara dhania se garnish ker ka serve karein.
