Ingredients:
-Sushi rice 1 Cup (soaked for 20 minutes & cooked in 1 Cup water)
-Cooking oil for frying
-Shrimps 500g cleaned & washed (soaked in water, lemon juice & pink salt for 15 minutes)
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ¼ tsp
-Honey 1 tsp
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Mayonnaise 1 Cup
-Pickled jalapenos chopped 1 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped 2 tbs
-Sriracha sauce 2 tbs
-Soy sauce 1-2 tbs
-Kheera (Cucumber) sliced
-Hoisin sauce as required
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves finely julienne
-Gajar (Carrot) finely julienne
-Til (Sesame seeds) Black & white
Direction:
-In a baking tray lined with a baking sheet,place a round cutter (4 inches),add boiled & sticky sushi rice & press with the help of patty presser to make a round base & freeze for 30 minutes.
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry sushi rice disc on high flame until golden & crispy (makes 6).
-In a bowl,add shrimps,paprika powder,pink salt,garlic powder,red chilli crushed,honey,olive oil & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add marinated shrimps & fry until golden (2 minutes each side).
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,pickled jalapenos,spring onion,sriracha sauce,soy sauce,whisk well & set aside.
-Take half quantity of shrimps,remove tail,chop well & add in prepared sauce & mix well.
-On crispy sushi rice disc,add cucumber,prepared sauce & drizzle hoisin sauce.
-Garnish with spring onion,carrot,fried prawns,sesame seeds & serve!

-Baking tray mein baking sheet laga kar round cutter (4 inches) rakhein, usmein boiled aur sticky sushi rice (79g) daalein aur presser ki madad se press kar lein taake round base ban jaye. 30 minutes ke liye freeze kar dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam kar ke sushi rice disc ko high flame par golden aur crispy hone tak fry kar lein (total 6 patties banengi).
-Ek bowl mein mayonnaise, pickled jalapenos, spring onion, sriracha sauce, soy sauce daal kar whisk kar lein aur side par rakh dein.
-Dusre bowl mein shrimps, paprika powder, pink salt, garlic powder, red chilli crushed, honey, olive oil daal kar mix kar lein, cover karke 30 minutes ke liye marinate hone dein.
-Frying pan mein butter daal kar melt kar lein.
-Ab marinated shrimps daal kar dono sides se 2-2 minutes tak golden fry kar lein.
-Half quantity shrimps ki tail nikaal kar chop kar lein aur prepared sauce mein daal kar mix kar lein.
-Crispy sushi rice disc par cucumber, prepared sauce aur hoisin sauce drizzle karein.
-Spring onion, carrot, fried prawns aur sesame seeds se garnish karke serve karein!
