Ingredients:
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 2-3 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 20-25
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 20-25
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 1/3 Cup
-Kishmish (Raisins) 2 tbs
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 4-5 tbs
-Sooji (Semolina) ½ Cup
-Water 1 & ½ Cup
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Zafran (Saffron strands) ¼ tsp soaked in 1 tbs water
-Sukha nariyal (Dried coconut) grated
Directions:
-In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add almonds,cashew nuts,green cardamom,mix well & fry on low flame for 30 seconds.
-Add desiccated coconut,mix well & cook for 20 seconds.
-Add raisins,mix well & set aside.
-In same wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add semolina & dry roast on low flame until fragrant (3-4 minutes).
-Add water,mix well & cook for a minute,cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add sugar,mix well & cook until sugar is dissolved.
-Add cardamom powder,saffron strands,mix well & cook on medium flame until it leaves the sides of the pot (4-5 minutes).
-Add fried nuts & mix well.
-Garnish with dried coconut & serve!

-Badam,kaju aur hari elaichi dal kar achi tarah mix karein aur halki ancch per 30 seconds tak fry karein.
-Khopra dal kar ache sa mix karein aur 20 seconds kliya paka lein.
-Kishmish dal kar mix karein aur side per rakh dein.
-Us he karahi mein ghee dal ker melt karein.
-Sooji dal kar halki ancch par 3-4 minutes tak dry roast karein jab tak khushbu na aa jaye.
-Pani dal ker ache sa mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cheeni daal kar mix karein aur tab tak cook karein jab tak cheeni melt na ho jaye.
-Elaichi powder aur zafran dal ker ache sa mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein paka lein (4-5 minutes).
-Fried nuts dal kar achi tarah mix karein.
-Sukha nariya se garnish ker ka serve karein!
