Ingredients:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ¾ Cup
-Cocoa powder ½ Cup
-Baking powder 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ¼ Cup
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 6
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Anday ki safedi (Egg whites) 7
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¼ Cup
-Cream of tartar ½ tsp
-Icing sugar
-Cherry
Directions:
-In a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,pink salt,sift together & mix well.
-Add caster sugar & mix well.
-Add egg yolks,vanilla essence,cooking oil,milk & whisk until well combined & set aside.
-In a bowl,add egg whites & beat on low speed until foamy.
-Add caster sugar,cream of tartar & beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
-Now add egg whites in prepared batter & fold gently.
-Pour prepared cake batter on (greased & lined with baking paper) springform pan (9 inches).
-Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 35 minutes or until skewer comes out clean (makes 2).
-Let it cool,sprinkle icing sugar & serve!

-Bareek cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Anday ki zardi,vanilla essence,cooking oil aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Ek bowl mein anday ki safedi dal dein aur low speed per foamy ho janay tak beat ker lein.
-Bareek cheeni aur cream of tartar dal ker high speed per stiff peaks form ho janay tak beat ker lein.
-Ab ye egg whites tayar batter mein dal kar gently fold karein.
-Tayyar batter ko greased aur baking paper se lined 9 inch ke springform pan mein dal dein.
-Preheated oven mein 170C per 35 minutes kliya bake ker lein (makes 2).
-Thanda ker lein aur icing sugar chirak ker serve karein!
