Ingredients:
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Tomato ketchup 3 tbs
-Sriracha sauce 2 tsp
-Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Pickled jalapenos chopped 1 tbs
-Iceberg lettuce chopped 3 tbs
-Makhan (Butter)
-Bread slices (trim edges)
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch or to taste
-Cooking oil 2 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Beef qeema (Mince) 500g (10-20% fat)
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan Pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

Directions:
-In bowl,add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,sriracha sauce,worcestershire sauce,mustard paste,pickled jalapenos,iceberg & mix well.Burger sauce is ready!
-Grease griddle with butter,toast slices from both sides & set aside.
-In a bowl,add egg,pink salt & whisk well.
-On griddle,place square mold,add cooking oil & fry omelet from both sides until done & set aside.
-In a bowl,add beef mince,black pepper crushed,garlic powder,onion powder,pink salt,worcestershire sauce,mix well & set aside.
-On a griddle,add cooking oil & heat it.
-Take 125g of meatball,place butter paper & smash it with the help of patty press or flat iron skillet (make 4 patties) & cook on medium flame from both sides until done (2-3 minutes each side).
-Add cheese slice on patty,cover & cook on low flame for a minute.
-On bread slices,add & spread prepared burger sauce.
-On one bread slice,place salad leaf,tomato,onion,prepared omelet,place another bread slice,cheese slice,patty with cheese slice & cover with another bread slice.
-Now insert skewer & cut into desired pieces.
-Serve with potato fries & burger sauce!

-Ab griddle ko butter se grease karein, bread slices dono sides se toast karein aur side par rakh dein.
-Ek bowl mein anda aur pink salt daal kar whisk karein.
-Griddle par square mold rakhein, thoda sa cooking oil daal kar omelet dono sides se fry karein jab tak done ho jaye, phir side par rakh dein.
-Ab ek bowl mein beef mince, black pepper crushed, garlic powder, onion powder, pink salt aur worcestershire sauce daal kar mix karein aur thodi der ke liye side par rakh dein.
-Griddle par cooking oil garam karein.
-125g ka meatball le kar butter paper ke beech rakhein aur patty press ya flat skillet ki madad se smash karein (4 patties bana lein).
-Medium flame par dono sides se 2-3 minutes tak cook karein jab tak done ho jayein.
-Phir har patty par cheese slice rakhein, cover karein aur low flame par 1 minute tak melt hone dein.
-Bread slice par prepared burger sauce lagayein.
-Ek slice par salad leaf, tomato, onion, prepared omelet rakhein.
-Uske upar doosra bread slice, cheese slice aur patty with cheese rakhein, phir teesra bread slice se cover karein.
-Ab skewer insert karein aur desired pieces mein cut karein.
-Serve karein potato fries aur burger sauce ke saath.
