Ingredients:

-Olper’s cream ½ Cup

-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 2 tbs

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs

-Kacha papita paste (Raw papaya paste) 1 tbs

-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp

-Chicken powder 1 tbs

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1& ½ tsp or to taste

-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp

-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 1 & ½ tbs

-Lemon juice 3 tbs

-Cornflour 2 tbs

-Boneless chicken cubes thighs 400g & fillet 600g

-Ghee (Clarified butter) melted 1 & ½ tbs

 

Directions:

-In a bowl,add cream,green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,raw papaya paste,white pepper powder, chicken powder,black pepper crushed,pink salt,cardamom powder,desiccated coconut,lemon juice & mix well.

-Add cornflour & mix well.

-Add chicken & mix well.

-Add clarified butter & mix well,cover with cling film & marinate for 30 minutes.

-Thread chicken pieces on metal skewer (makes 5 skewers).

-Put skewers on (burning charcoal) bbq grill and grill from all sides until done & brush oil in between.

-Serve with salad & chutney.
