Ingredients:

-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 4 medium

-Fresh parsley chopped 2-3 tbs

-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 medium

-Cornflour 2-3 tbs

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Dried oregano 1 tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed to taste

-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2-3

-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required

-Cooking oil for frying

-Tortilla/Roti 8 inches

-Cheese slice

-Tamatar (Tomato) slices

-Kheera (Cucumber) slices

-Iceberg lettuce shredded

 

Directions:

-In a bowl,grate potatoes,fresh parsley,onion,cornflour,garlic powder,ink salt,dried oregano,red chilli powder,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed & mix until well combined.

-Grease hands with oil,take 70g of mixture & make patty of equal sizes (makes 7) then dip in whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs.

-In frying pan,heat cooking oil & shallow fry on medium flame from both sides until golden.

-Cut one side of tortilla with the help of knife.

-Add sauce of your choice on one quarter,cheese slice & potato cutlet on second,tomato & cucumber slices on third quarter & add iceberg lettuce on fourth quarter & fold each side on one another making a wrap & serve!
