-Ek bowl mein tomato ketchup, soy sauce, caster sugar, red chilli crushed, cornflour, sirka, dark soy sauce aur pani dalein aur whisk karen. Sauce ready hai! Side par rakh den.

-Ek wok mein canola oil dalein aur 160°C tak garam karen.
-Beef pieces dalein aur medium aanch par golden aur crispy hone tak fry karen.
-Ek wok mein canola oil dalein aur garam karen.
-Lehsan, lal shimla mirch aur pyaz dalein, mix karen aur 1 minute tak sauté karen.
-Fried beef dalein, mix karen, prepared sauce dalein, mix karen aur high aanch par 1-2 minutes pakaen.
Assembling:
-Ek serving bowl mein boiled rice dalein, prepared Beijing beef aur kheere aur tamatar ka salad dalein aur serve karen!
