Ingredients:

Prepare Caramel Sauce:

-Sugar ½ Cup

-Cream ½ Cup

-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Prepare Bisca Magic Milkshake:

-Doodh (Milk) chilled 450ml

-Cocoa powder 1 & ½ tbs

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ⅛ tsp

-Candyland Bisca chocolate 3 packs

-Vanilla ice cream 4 scoops

-Caramel sauce 3 tbs

-Chocolate syrup

-Whipped cream

-Candyland Bisca chocolate

-Caramel Sauce

 

Direction:

Prepare Caramel Sauce:

-In a saucepan, add sugar & cook on very low flame until sugar is caramelized & turns brown and gently stir pan few times in between to mix.

-Turn off the flame, add cream then turn on the flame & whisk well.

-Add vanilla essence & mix well. Caramel sauce is ready!

Prepare Bisca Magic Milkshake:

-In a blending jar, add chilled milk, cocoa powder, pink salt, bisca chocolate, vanilla ice-cream scoop, caramel sauce, blend well.

-In a serving glass, make a chocolate swirl using a coffee frother then make caramel swirl likewise.

-Add bisca Magic milkshake, pipe out whipped cream & garnish with bisca chocolate & caramel sauce then serve!
