Ingredients:
Prepare Nashville Hot Chicken Shots:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cup
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Hot sauce 2 tbs
-Boneless chicken small cubes 350g
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup or as required
-Dalda sunflower cooking oil (For Frying) as required
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tbs or to taste
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Cayenne pepper powder ½ tbs
-Brown sugar 1 & ½ tbs
Prepare Nashville cheese sauce:
-Dalda sunflower cooking oil 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cup
-Cheddar cheese (Grated) 3-4 tbs
-Chicken powder ½ tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt pinch to taste
-Potato fries as required
Assembling:
-Jalapenos (sliced) as required
-Honey mustard sauce as required
Direction:
Prepare Nashville Hot Chicken Shots:
-In a bowl, add milk, lemon juice, mix well, cover & let it rest for 5 minutes, butter milk is ready!
-Remove the cover, add black pepper powder, garlic powder, onion powder, pink salt, hot sauce, whisk well.
-Add chicken, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, remove the cover of chicken, take out chicken pieces & add in all-purpose flour.
-Coat chicken with all-purpose flour nicely, take out, shake off excess flour, now coat again with butter milk & flour.
-In a wok, add cooking oil, heat it (160 C-170 C), add coated chicken, fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
Prepare Nashville Hot Oil:
-In a bowl, red chilli powder, pink salt, paprika powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper powder, brown sugar powder, whisk well.
-Add hot dalda cooking oil (150 C) ½ Cup & whisk well, nashville hot oil is ready, set aside.
-In a bowl, add crispy fried chicken, add prepared Nashville hot oil & mix well.
Prepare Nashville cheese sauce:
-In a sauce pan, add cooking oil, heat it, add all-purpose flour, roast on low flame
-Add milk, whisk well, cook on medium flame for 1 minute or until thickened while mixing continuously.
-Add cheddar cheese, prepared nashville hot chilli oil, chicken powder, pink salt, whisk well until well combined, nashville cheese sauce is ready, set aside.
-Heat cooking oil, add potato fries, fry on medium flame for 3-4 minutes or until golden & crispy.
Assembling:
-In a serving dish, add fries, prepared Nashville cheese sauce, crispy chicken, jalapenos, honey mustard sauce & serve!
