Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken cubes 300g
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
-Anday ki sadefi (Egg white) 1
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Water 3 tbs
-Roll sheets as required
-Dalda canola oil for frying
Directions:
-In a chopper,add chicken,black pepper powder,chicken powder,garlic powder,pink salt,cornflour,dark soy sauce,egg white,fresh coriander,chop well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,water,whisk well & set aside.
-Cut roll sheets (3x3 inches),add prepared chicken mixture (1 tsp),apply flour slurry & fold in candy shape.
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry on low flame until golden & crispy (makes 40).
-Serve with tomato ketchup!

-Ek bowl mein maida aur pani daal kar whisk kar lain jab tak smooth slurry ban jaye.
-Roll sheets ko 3x3 inches ke squares mein cut kar lain.
-Har square ke beech mein 1 tsp chicken mixture rakhein,edges par slurry lagayen aur candy shape mein fold kar lain.
-Saray rolls isi tarah tayyar kar lain (takreeban 40 banenge).
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam kar ke rolls ko low flame par golden aur crispy hone tak fry kar lain.
-Tomato ketchup ke sath serve karen aur maza lain!
