Ingredients:
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Til (Sesame seeds) 1 & ½ tbs
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 12-15
-Sabut lal mirch (Red button chillies) 5-6
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 2 tsp or to taste
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
-Mayonnaise 2 tbs
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 2 tsp or to taste
-Chicken powder 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2-3 tbs
-Lemon juice 2 & ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Chicken tikka pieces 4
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Cornflour ¼ Cup
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Til (Sesame seeds) 1 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 2 tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil for frying
-Chaat masala

Directions:
-In tadka pan,add coriander seeds,cumin seeds,sesame seeds,black peppercorns,button red chillies & dry roast on low flame until fragrant.
-Turn off the flame,add pink salt & mix well.
-Let it cool.
-In spice grinder,add roasted spices & grind well.Spice mix is ready!
-In a bowl,add yogurt,tomato paste,ginger garlic paste,mayonnaise,kashmiri red chilli powder,turmeric powder,pink salt,chicken powder,all-purpose flour,prepared spice mix,lemon juice,cooking oil & mix well.
-Add chicken tikka pieces & coat properly,cover & marinate for 2-4 hours.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,cornflour,red chilli crushed,sesame seeds,pink salt & mix well.
-Now coat marinated chicken with dry flour mixture.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil (180°C) & fry on low flame from both sides until golden & crispy (12-15 minutes).
-Sprinkle chaat masala,sesame seeds & serve!

-Tadka pan mein sabut dhania,zeera,til,sabut kali mirch aur sabut lal mirch dal ker halki ancch per khushbu ajanay tak dry roast ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Spice grinder mein roasted spices dal ker achi tarah grind karein.Spice mix tayyar hai!
-Bowl mein dahi,tomato paste,adrak lehsan paste,mayonnaise,kashmiri lal mirch powder,haldi powder,pink namak,chicken powder,maida,tayyar spice mix,lemon juice aur cooking oil dal kar achi tarah mix ker lein.
-Chicken tikka pieces dal ker properly coat karein aur dhak ker 2-4 hours kliye marinate ker lein.
-Bowl me maida,cornflour,lal mirch crushed,til aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Marinated chicken ko dry flour mixture mein achi tarah coat karein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein (180°C) & halki ancch per dono sides sa golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein (12-15 minutes).
-Chaat masala aur til dal ker serve karein!
