Ingredients:
-Water ½ Cup
-Sugar ½ Cup
-Lemon slice 1
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
-Kewra essence ¼ tsp
-Bread slices
-Cheddar cheese slice
-Mozzarella cheese grated as required
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 4 tbs
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) 100g or as required
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Dried rose petals
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add water,sugar,lemon juice,green cardamom & mix well,turn on the flame,mix well & cook on medium flame until sugar is dissolved.
-Turn off the flame,add kewra essence,mix well & set aside.
-Trim bread edges,add cheese slice,mozzarella cheese & cover with another bread slice.
-In a dish,add all-purpose flour,water,mix until well combined & set aside.
-In a chopper,add vermicelli,chop well & transfer to a dish.
-Dip cheese stuffed bread in flour mixture then coat with vermicelli.
-In frying pan,add butter,let it melt & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
-Pour sugar syrup & garnish with pistachios & dried rose petals.

-Ek saucepan mein pani,cheeni,lemon juice aur hari elaichi dal kar achi tarah mix karein,chulha on karein aur darmiyani ancch per cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,kewra essence dal ker ache sa mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Bread ke edges trim karein,ek slice per cheese slice aur mozzarella cheese rakh kar doosri slice se cover karein.
-Dish mein maida aur pani dal kar achi tarah mix karein aur side par rakh dein.
-Chopper mein sawaiyan dal kar chop karein aur ek dish mein nikal lein.
-Ab bread ko maida wala mixture mein dip karein phir seviyan mein achi tarah coat karein.
-Frying pan mein makhan dal ker melt karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Sugar syrup dal dein,pista aur dried rose petals se garnish ker lein.
