Ingredients:
-Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 4-5 tbs
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) 3-4 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Kala namak (black salt) ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lauki (Bottle guard) 2 large
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Lemon juice
-Chaat masala
Directions:
-In a dsih,add gram flour,rice flour,red chilli powder,coriander powder,black salt,garlic powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,garam masala powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,pink salt,mix well & set aside.
-Peel bottle guard,cut into slices & coat with prepared mixture & let them rest for 10 minutes.
-On a griddle,heat cooking oil & fry on low flame until golden & crispy (4-5 minutes each side).
-Squeeze lemon juice & sprinkle chaat masala.
-Serve with daal chawal & pickle!
-Spray water on slices before coating.

Directions:
-Dish mein baisan,chawal ka atta,lal mirch powder,dhania powder,kala namak,lehsan powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,garam masala powder,haldi powder,zeera powder aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Lauki ko peel ker ka slices mein cut ker lein aur tayyar mixture mein coat ker ka 10 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Tawa per cooking oil garam karein aur slices ko halki ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry karein (4-5 minutes each side).
-Lemon juice aur chaat masala dal dein.
-Daal chawal aur achar ke saath serve karein.
