-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Aloo (Potato) thinly sliced 1 large
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 pinch
-Mozzarella cheese grated as required
-Fresh parsley chopped handful
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 pinch
Directions:
-In a bowl,add eggs,black pepper,pink salt,whisk well & set aside.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,add potato slices,sprinkle pink salt,black pepper crushed & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
-Add whisked eggs,mozzarella cheese,fresh parsley,red chilli crushed,cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes then flip & serve!

-Bowl mein anday,kali mirch aur pink salt daal kar achi tarah whisk kar lein & side par rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil,aloo,pink salt aur kali mirch crushed dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per golden ho janay tak fry ker lein (1 minute each side).
-Ab pheetay hoye anday,mozzarella cheese,fresh parsley aur lal mirch crushed dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein phir flip ker ka serve karein!
